No. You buy directly from each retailer. Some links may be affiliate links, which we will always label.
Room measurements, a few phone photos, and a note of anything staying. The intake walks you through it.
The intake flags deadlines under three weeks. We will plan around in-stock, fast-shipping pieces and tell you plainly what is realistic.
No. Plans cover furnishing and styling. Anything structural, electrical or plumbing belongs with a licensed professional.

What you buy. A Room Plan ($195) or Whole Home or Rental Plan ($595) is a digital furnishing and styling plan: a layout based on the measurements you provide, a palette, a shopping list with links and prices, a budget, and suggested order-by dates. Digital products (the Primer, Planner and Bundle) are files delivered by download.
Delivery. Room Plans are delivered by email within 3 business days after your intake form is complete. Whole Home timing is confirmed after intake. Nothing physical ships.
Your information. Plans rely on the measurements, photos and details you send. Please measure carefully; we are not responsible for fit problems caused by inaccurate measurements.
Prices and availability. Prices and stock are checked on the date your plan is made. Retailers change prices, stock and lead times without notice, so we cannot guarantee them after that date. You buy directly from each retailer, under that retailer's terms, returns and warranties.
Scope. Plans cover furnishing and styling only. They are not architectural, engineering, construction, electrical, plumbing or contractor advice. Anything structural or involving building systems belongs with a licensed professional. Follow each manufacturer's instructions, including anchoring furniture to walls where advised.
Use. Your plan is for your own home or property. Digital products are licensed for personal use and may not be resold or shared publicly.
Liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the plan or product.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
Before delivery: cancel any time before your plan is delivered for a full refund.
After delivery: each plan includes one round of revisions requested within 14 days of delivery. If an item is out of stock when you go to order, tell us and we will suggest a replacement at no charge.
Digital downloads: because files can be kept once downloaded, downloads are non-refundable. If a file won't open, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
Refunds go back to your original payment method.
What we collect: your name, email and billing address at checkout, and the measurements, photos and preferences you send in the intake.
How it's used: only to make and deliver your plan, answer your questions and keep required business records. We never sell your information.
Who else handles it: payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Plans may be drafted with AI tools and are reviewed by a person before delivery.
Photos: we never post your photos or home publicly without your written permission.
Your choices: email plushnpunctual@gmail.com to see or delete your information, except records we must keep for tax purposes.
